Wholesalers are also known as drop shippers. They own a warehouse full of available products that you can have shipped to a destination of your choosing. For example, People frequently sell drop shipped items on eBay, so that they do not have to worry about having a location to stock items and ship them.

The problem is with sites like Java City Warehouse, Heinote Inc, and Wholesaler Sources is that you should never pay for a list. The lists contain unreliable companies that hide the fact that they are actually Middlemen. They also link to other sites asking for even more money to reveal additional drop shipping companies. Most of the companies in the lists are not even in business anymore.

These are just a few of the reasons you should never trust a drop shipping list off of non reputable company.

If you want to get into drop shipping, I highly suggest you research as much as possible online first, and then select a reputable company based off of your needs.

It will definitely point you in the right direction, especially  if you are new at the concept of drop shipping. This is the only directory I actually use and is worth my time because the products are all classified by SIC code.
